Lubricating and adjusting windows and doors,
inspecting the roof and removing foliage and soiling, checking the electric arrangement, examining
the facade and its movable parts etc.

You may sign a maintenance contract with us.
We are happy to undertake your annual
maintenance for a reasonable price.

crane procedure

Every CUBIG is placed on its foundations
by a heavy duty crane.
We entrust a local crane company with this task.
The costs are relatively low because the crane procedure normally only lasts up to one hour.

You will receive a plan, which instructs you
where exactly these connection points should
be placed and where the foundation must be
provided. These are skilled manual matters,
which need to be done before setting up each
CUBIG. If you decide to choose Adriaans & Lemcke Mobiliengesellschaft Ltd. to undertake these
measures for you, we will charge you after the
work has been completed.
